Coming into View

A 4- week programme to enable you to release resistance and feel safe stepping into aligned visibility

The art of becoming visible on your own terms

There is no shortage of information out there about how to be visible - strategies, platforms, ways to show up and be seen. What most of this doesn’t take into account is something much more fundamental: our capacity to feel safe being visible.

If your body or subconscious doesn’t experience visibility as safe, it doesn’t matter how much you know  -something will hold you back, or prevent what you put out into the world from truly landing and gaining traction.

When you experience truly being seen by another person, or sending your newly created programme out, but your energy is saying 'I dont really want to be seen' you will not be able to create the results that you might conciously desire.

This programme works at that level.

Over four weeks, we will be working with the exact arc required for someone to actually step into visibility rather than just think about it.

We will be moving through the following:

This is an experiential programme rather than a teaching-based course.

Each 90-minute session includes discussion, guided exploration, practical somatic and interoceptive exercises, and Quantum Healing processes designed to help create meaningful change at a subconscious level.

• Interoception - learning to notice and understand the signals coming from your body and nervous system

• Somatic practices - simple exercises that help you work with emotional and nervous system responses in real time

• Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping) - a gentle technique that combines focused attention with tapping on acupressure points to help reduce emotional charge and create new patterns of response

• Quantum Healing - a process used to identify, release and transform subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns and relational imprints that may be keeping visibility feeling unsafe

The emphasis throughout is on creating lasting change at a body and subconscious level, rather than simply gaining more insight. You will leave each session with a deeper understanding of yourself, practical tools you can continue to use, and optional exercises to support integration between sessions.

What can you expect from this programme?

By the end of this programme, you will have identified the specific patterns and internal responses that have been holding you back from being seen.

You will have been able to release some of these completely and loosened the grip on others in a way that means you can recognise them as they arise.

You will have begun to shift your relationship with visibility at a body level, so that showing up feels more grounded and less like something you have to push yourself into.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what you want to express and how you want to be seen, along with a way of approaching visibility that feels aligned with you rather than performative.

Alongside this, you will experience a noticeable reduction in self-judgment and a loosening of the fear around others perception - not because those thoughts disappear entirely (though some will), but because they no longer hold the same weight.

Importantly, you will not just have insight - you will have taken steps. Whether that’s sharing your voice more openly, making decisions you’ve been holding back from, or beginning to show up in spaces you’ve previously avoided, you will have started to move.

You’ll also have a practical understanding of how to meet resistance when it arises, so that it no longer stops you in the same way - but becomes something you can recognise, work with, and move through as you continue stepping into a bigger version of your life.

Here is a deep dive into each week:

Week 1: Relationships and Identity

In this first session, we look at how your sense of self has been shaped - particularly through early and formative relationships.

Many of the ways we hold ourselves back from visibility aren’t conscious decisions. They are patterns formed in response to how it felt to be seen, heard, or responded to in the past.

Together, we’ll begin to identify:

  • the relational imprints that still influence how you show up

  • the ways you may have adapted yourself to feel safe or accepted

  • and how those patterns are still quietly shaping your visibility today

This is not about analysing your past in detail, but about gently releasing what no longer needs to define who you are becoming.

From here, we will use varios exercises and tools to loosen the grip of old identities, so something more authentic can start to emerge.

Week 2: Safety, Voice and Self-Trust

In this session, we turn toward your voice - and the question of whether it feels safe to have one.

For many people, the desire to be visible sits alongside a deeper tension:

“What happens if I’m seen as I really am?”

We’ll explore:

  • where it may still feel unsafe to express your perspective, opinions, or truth

  • the internal responses that arise when you begin to step forward

  • and how to build a sense of safety that comes from within, rather than from external approval

This is where self-trust begins to deepen.

By creating the internal conditions where your voice can emerge naturally - without force, and without needing to override yourself, rather than pushing yourself to show up.

Week 3 – How you want to be seen

Here, we shift from what’s been in the way… to what wants to come through.

Visibility isn’t just about “putting yourself out there”. It’s about doing so in a way that feels deeply aligned with who you are.  This will be different for each one of us.

In this session, we explore:

  • the ways you genuinely want to be seen and experienced by others

  • the forms of expression that feel most natural and sustainable for you (including which platforms are aligned with your energy)

  • the messages, ideas, or perspectives that are asking to be shared

Rather than following a formula, this is about uncovering your own way of showing up. We will gently lift the ‘shoulds’, so that you become clear on your own aligned way to be seen.

In this way that visibility becomes something that feels like an extension of you - not a performance.

Week 4 – Stepping into more

In our final session, we bring everything together.

By this point, you will have begun to loosen old patterns, reconnect with your voice, and clarify how you want to show up.

This session is about integration and about meeting the final layers of resistance that can arise when you begin to step into something bigger.

We’ll work with:

  • the subtle ways you may still hold yourself back (these can be very surprising for people)

  • the edges that feel stretching, but meaningful

  • and what it looks like for you to move forward in a way that is both grounded and expansive

This is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about allowing yourself to live and express what has been there all along — with more freedom, more clarity, and more permission.

And the Price?
The cost for the 4 90 minute sessions held over 4 weeks is £547.

This can be paid in instalments.

Why work in a group?

Many people believe their struggles with visibility are uniquely theirs. They assume everyone else finds it easier to speak up, share their work, express themselves or take up space.

One of the most powerful aspects of group work is discovering that this is rarely true.

As we listen to one another's experiences, patterns that once felt deeply personal often begin to make sense. We see our own fears reflected in others, gain perspective on our challenges, and learn from the insights and breakthroughs of the group as a whole.

The group becomes a place not only of learning and transformation, but also of connection. A place where it becomes possible to be seen, heard and understood while taking meaningful steps towards greater visibility.

Whilst every participant's journey is unique, there is often something profoundly healing about realising that you do not have to navigate it alone.

Coming Into View will begin when there is a group of people ready to take this journey together.

If this programme speaks to you, I would love to hear from you. Registering your interest does not commit you to joining. It simply lets me know that you would like to be kept informed about future dates and developments.

If enough interest emerges, I will be in touch with details of the next programme.

You are also welcome to reach out with any questions or to arrange a conversation to explore whether this work feels like the right fit for you.
